A demanding workout designed to improve upper body strengthen
and overall fitness. Suitable for both men and women of all
Badminton session for the Over 50's, including instruction.
A session specifically aimed at the over 50 group.
The class is ideal if your primary interest is general
fitness or if you need to strengthen your lower back and
abdominals. A series of mat-based exercises, which progress as you
develop body awareness, strength, flexibility and coordination.
